Chief Sales Officer - Cyber Security
We are a dynamic startup focused on Cyber Security Solutions & Services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales team and drive our revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to growth.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for the management team.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through innovative sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment in Cyber Security Domain
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
