Chief Sales Officer - Cyber Security

      We are a dynamic startup focused on Cyber Security Solutions & Services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales team and drive our revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to growth.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for the management team.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through innovative sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment in Cyber Security Domain
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
